Why free?
We fundamentally believe that the bridge between AI and the real world — if grown healthily, and with the right community behind it — will make for a better future. That's not a marketing line. It's why this thing exists.
A product like this only gets interesting when people are actually using it. When a designer in Lisbon makes a sim that a café owner in Vermont puts on their counter. When an engineer builds something for their team and it spreads across an office, then a company, then an industry. That only happens if there's no friction at the door.
So for now: come in. Build things. Show us what you make.
Where we'll eventually charge
We're not going to pretend costs don't exist. Some use cases will naturally require more infrastructure, more security, or more of our time — and those are the right places to introduce pricing when the time comes. We're thinking about things like:
- Private sim hosting — for businesses that need their content locked down
- Security and compliance features — for enterprise environments
- Heavy infrastructure use — for teams running dozens of live, high-frequency sims
- Custom integrations and white-label deployments
- Device partnerships and our own hardware, when that day comes
We're also exploring whether token-based pricing — aligned to actual costs rather than arbitrary tier limits — is a better fit for a platform like this than traditional SaaS subscriptions. We'll figure it out with the community, not before it.
